1. Objective
This contract is to stipulate terms and general procedures for using www.infoyu.net.
2. Validity and Changes
(1)This contract comes into effect by the agreement of a customer. If www.infoyu.net changes the terms of service, it will notify the customer immediately.
(2) The customers of the service can stop using the service and withdraw their membership if they do not agree to the changes in the terms of service. If the customers continue to use the service, provided by www.infoyu.net, they are considered to agree to the changes in the terms of service.
3. Privacy Policy
(1) www.infoyu.net respects and protects the privacy of the members (customers of the service).
(2) www.infoyu.net can use information about some of or all the members for statistical purpose.
(3) After filling all the necessary forms, you successfully register as our member and will get a Member ID and Password. Please be so kind to promise all your information accurate and valid, and keep your Member ID and Password privately. We will keep your ID and Password private, and you may not release or transmit them to other individuals or companies too, if you breach it and cause any misunderstanding or economic losses for other members, you should be responsible for this. If you found that others are using your Member ID and Password, we can also use our automatic record to protect your benefit.
4. Registration
To register on www.infoyu.net the following items should be completed sincerely and correctly.
(1) ID.
(2) Password.
(3) Company name.
(4) Address and e-mail address.
(5) Telephone and fax numbers.
(6) Company introduction, etc.
5. Acceptance of Using the Service
(1) www.infoyu.net decides whether the applicants are eligible to become the member of the service according to the content of the registration.
(2) www.infoyu.net restricts the acceptance of membership if the followings occur and can reserve its acceptance until they are settled. a. lack of capacity of service related facility b. technical failure c. other matters that www.infoyu.net finds necessary
(3) Upon the acceptance, www.infoyu.net will provide Members' ID and other information to the members.
(4) www.infoyu.net does not approve the membership if the followings occur.
a. if the applicants use false names or alias.
b. if they apply for the membership, using the names of others.
c. if they provided false information on the registration form.
d. if they apply in order to disturb the public well-being and law and order.
e. if they do not meet the requirements of the membership.
6. Changes
Joining www.infoyu.net is free now! But we reserve the right to charge fees for the Service upon notice to you in future.
7. Obligation of Members
You expressly understand and agree that www.infoyu.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
Members agree as follows:
(1) Members should not use other members' IDs in an unlawful manner.
(2) Members should not use the information, provided by the service, for other purposes.
(3) Members should not violate the intellectual rights and other rights of www.infoyu.net and the third parties.
(4) Members should not circulate information, words and others that disturb the public well-being and public law and order.
(5) Members should not harm people in any form and in any way.
(6) Members should not counterfeit sources of news or information in order to disguise them on the bulletin board
(7)Members should not send out unnecessary and unauthorized e-mail messages of advertisements and sales promotion, junk mails, SPAM, chains letters, etc.
(8) Members should not disturb or interfere with the service or the server or network that connects the service; they should observe requirements, procedures and stipulations of the service related network.
(9) Members should not collect and save the personal information about other members.
8. Bulletin Board for the Users (Members)
The goal of this service is to promote the food, relevant products and service, www.infoyu.net deletes the contents on the bulletin board with no prior notice if your information doesn’t match our requirement.
9. Termination
(1) Suspension or termination by www.infoyu.net
If you breach this Agreement or any of our Policies, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us etc, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend your ability to use our services, or terminate this Agreement.
(2) Effect of termination
Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will cease access and use of our Website and services.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) Independent contractors
Each of us is an independent contractor, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
(2) Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, shall be construed pursuant to the laws of China. |
