ShangHai FDA is burdened with a lawsuit claiming for 30 million RMB

The lawsuit from Turbot raisers in Shandong Province against the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration is claiming for 30 million RMB.

With the suspicion about the food safety criteria for turbot, which has been made by the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration, more than 2,000 raisers with the support from turbot breeding associations in QingDao are going to file a lawsuit, aiming for a fair solution about this case. In these days, it has been said that a lawsuit has been filed by a raiser of LaiZhou to the Intermediate People's Court of YanTai, claiming for 30 million RMB from the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration
