In the first seven months of this year, Taiwan exceeds Japan, becomes the largest market for Fujian's seafood exports, latest statistics from Fujian CIQ shows.

According to statistics, from January to July, the export volume of Fujian's aquatic products reached $0.916 billion, up 81.8 percent year-on-year. Among them Taiwan, Japan constitute 26.1%, 24.34% respectively, and the export volume to Taiwan reached $0.239 billion in 2010, grew by 100% as compared; that of which to Japan reached $0.223 billion, up by 86%.
