According to customs statistics, the total amount of imports and exports for aquatic products reached 5.133 million tons in the last three quarters; total trade value reached 14.32 billion US dollars, increased by 2.7% and 24.4% respectively.

Including the export volume of aquatic products reached 2.302 million tons to 9.52 billion US dollars, rose by 8.9% and 25.6 respectively. The export situation of each month was better than the same period of last year.

The import volume of seafood reached 2.831 million tons, decreased by 1.9% as compared with that in the same period of last year;that of import was $4.79 billion, up 22.2% compared with the corresponding period last year. China had a trade surplus of 4.73 billion USD.
