THE Xuyi Crayfish Festival will be held in the city on June 15 and 16, the Xuyi County government said.
A fair of Xuyi agricultural products will be organized at the Shanghai International Agricultural Exhibition Hall, and a new product of cooked Xuyi crayfish, which is reputed to be the most delicious crayfish, will be promoted to give locals a taste of the genuine product.
The cooked crayfish will be vacuum packed and be sold in Lotus supermarkets.
It is estimated that Xuyi crayfish will be a little bit more expensive this year than last year due to the snow storm earlier this year.
