The Oriental International Seafood Center,run by Shanghai Fisheries General Gorp(Group) has bought the Huxi Seafood Market on Tongchuan Road in Shanghai Wednesday.

Huxi Seafood Market along with Tongchuan Seafood Market and Caoyang Market contribute Tongchuan Road the most important seafood distributing center in East China.This take-over marks the start of relocation of the famous seafood cluster.

Meanwhile news from the Group,about 19,000 tons of seafood will be supplied to the city during the Spring Festival holiday to meet the increasing market demands.
