The average rainfall of Hainan Province was 372.25 millimeters since this January, 31 percent down the average volume in the same period of past years. The Wanquanhe River suffered a low water flow in the first half year, 29.6 percent down the average in the same period of past years and 61 percent down the same period of last year.
