Ministry of Agriculture(MOA) issued National Long- and Medium-term Program of Fisheries Sci-Tech Development(2006-2020) at the end of September.
The program set a general goal which is to build an efficient fishery Sci-Tech innovation system with integral frame and increase
transformation rate of Sci-Tech achievements and contribution ratio of Sci-Tech advance to more than 63% in 2020.The program plans to realize the transformation of traditional fisheries industry to modern fisheries before 2020. |
