Jul 21,2007
China’s leading animal feed processor Tongwei Group will build a US$10 million fishfeed facility in Vietnam’s southern Kien Giang province under a contract signed Thursday.
It will build the 300,000 tons per year plant in the Tan Huong Industrial Park for distribution in the Mekong Delta and export.

Work is expected to start on it this year.

The group had already invested $3 million in a fishfeed plant in the central Quang Nam province.

Tongwei is the largest fishfeed producer in the world and a major producer of poultry and livestock feed with a capacity of over five million tons.
