China expert in cote d'Ivoire-

June 20,2007,Wang Sheng Kai,a Chinese aquaculture expert, give instruction to local fish raisers to use water quality monitoring equipment in a village in Southern Cote d'Ivoire .The China's government sent three experts to this village from January this year for a one-year aquaculture technical instruction program which is welcome by the local people.

According to FORUM ON CHINA-AFRICA COOPERATION BEIJING ACTION PLAN (2007-2009) ,China will send 100 senior experts on agricultural technologies to Africa and set up in Africa 10 demonstration centers of agricultural technology with special features.
