With the investment of over 5 million RMB, the manufacture plant for high-quality tilapia germchit has recently been set up with its factory production and professional raising methods. The annual output on tilapia germchit is supposed to reach 600 million pieces upon the fully operation, which is over 50% of total tilapia germchit production in Guangdong Province. Thus, more than 50,000 farms are also supposed to benefit from this influence for an economic improvement.

With the establishment of this raising base, the tilapia production is going to scale and presented outstanding by its industrialization as the most important tilapia production station even in the world.

Being the only high-quality tilapia germchit raising base in Gungdong province with the proof of China Agriculture Department, the Maonan base is also the first one to have the cooperation with Freshwater-fish Research Center of China Fishery Research Institute on freshwater fish-fry raising.
